Utilities adapter: DA-TTL-State device and Multi-DA-State device seem to do the same thing #505

I am not quite sure about the history (may even have written both myself;), but it now looks like DA-TTL-State device has a little more functionality (invert), so I propose to deprecate Multi-DA-State device.
