split out LMS server toggle & LMS client toggle #930

We should include a clickable link to amplipi.local:9000 in the same vicinity as the LMS toggle

if we are perserving a version of LMS mode that functions as remote control mode then we may want to lock down the web/app UI when in remote control mode.
