Allows script users to use specific 16S blast DBs for organisms they are interested in with MicFunPred.

Thank you for your contribution. I planned addition of custom database and # header exception, but I was busy with other work. Thanks again. You can share your ideas or expectations of these tools, and we can work more on that in the near future.
