For live networks:
Skip tests that consume lots of ether, or reduce overall ether used (Rinkeby faucet is currently 0.1 ETH)
Add configuration key for target contract
For local network:
Add stress test that simulates a large amount of transactions over multiple accounts, and verifies accuracy
