Alternative for browser-lang #155

browser-lang seems to have been abandoned.

There are some issues that i've reached out to the author to address, (like matching de -> de-de), but they don't seem to be responsive. https://github.com/wiziple/browser-lang/pull/22

Could we look at alternative packages that could do the same thing, or fork and maintain our own version of browser-lang?
