Proposed addition to NOT field #182

When I showed her the poster at the Microbial Stress Responses Gordon Conference, Ann Hochschild found the use of NOT to indicate an unchanged phenotype confusing. Also, you need to go back a page to see what the unaltered phenotype actually is. Together we came up with the idea of adding STILL as an option, so annotators could express 'STILL increased resistance to phage' as an example.

Unchanged instead of still? other suggestions?

Note: if we add something to this field, we will have to rename the column but I don't think that will be hard to do.

Jim suggested "same as parent."

I was wondering about the possibility of unaltered or unchanged phenotype child terms in the same manner we have altered/increased/decreased/abolished terms. So, we don't have to use the qualifier field at all. FYPO uses normal and abnormal child terms. We use altered and unaltered/unchanged terms?
