It would be helpful if I could get a list of all assays or methods (along with the PMIDs) that have been used in OMP annotations.
Debby mentioned to me that for some annotations, upper level ECO terms have been used due to nonexistence of the actual assay evidence term. We would like to create ECO classes for all the assays/methods used in OMP, which do not have corresponding term in ECO.
