add PATO terms and relations present in FYPO, but not in OMP #209

I need to some additional PATO terms and Relations for making logical definitions in OMP.

Added PATO terms that are present in fypo-release_2017-07-05 that aren't in OMP. Added terms to omp-edit.obo opened as a text file rather than using OBO-Edit. It seems to have worked.

Added relations [Typedef] that are in fypo-release_2017-07-05 that aren't in OMP. commit dbea9f2c1ea05e154587e49b8f79db298bf0d29e

Kept the relations that were in OMP, but not in FYPO. Added terms to omp-edit.obo as a text file. Had to add <subsetdef: SOFA "SO feature annotation> and a square bracket that was missed during copy pasting.

When save omp-edit.obo in OBO-Edit there are non-critical warnings about certain PATO terms being in a cycle.
