- moved from OMP:0000274 antimicrobial agent resistance phenotype branch to being a child of OMP:0007195 chemical resistance phenotype
- added narrow synonyms: benzalkonium chloride resistance phenotype, quaternium-15 resistance phenotype
- removed benzalkonium chloride resistance phenotype as a synonym of alkylating agent resistance phenotype

We decided to change the organization of the chemical resistance and antimicrobial agent resistance phenotypes. See issue #229.
