sulfonamide antimicrobial agent or sulfonamide antibiotic? #243

OMP currently has a group of terms under OMP:0007828 sulfonamide antimicrobial agent resistance phenotype. I came across the CHEBI term for sulfonamide antibiotic (CHEBI:87228). I decided to not use CHEBI:87228 to define this OMP subclass because the antifungal sulfonamides don't appear to be a subclass of sulfonamide antibiotic. Should we contact CHEBI and ask about connecting these groups of terms?

Discussed during OMP call on 2018/09/06. Action item: Debby will contact CHEBI and suggest that they create a role for sulfonamide antimicrobial agents that would encompass sulfonamide antibiotic and antifungal sulfonamides.
