Hi Jim and Debby,

I just looked at RpsO and noticed a GO annotation from EcoliWiki to GO:0006378, mRNA polyadenylation. The paper is about how the rpsO mRNA is polyadenylated; I don't think this is an intended use for the GO term...

This is an issue about GO annotations on EcoliWiki. It should have been posted to github.tamu.edu/HuLab/ecoliwiki.
