Add license to the source files #281

As can be seen in the OBO dashboard OMP is still missing a license statement. In the metadata (https://obofoundry.org/ontology/omp.html) it's said to be CC BY 3.0.

I would also really like to know what the license for the ontology is, since we can't use it in our project otherwise if we are not sure.
