A child term for increase/decrease antibiotic resistance needs to be made for rifamycins. Rifamycins include rifamycin, rifampicin, and rifampin
Rifamycins mode of action is inhibition of transcription, so resistance to ryfamycin is increased/decreased resistance to inhibition of transcription.
So under increased and decreased antibiotic resistance child terms should be resistance to inhibitory transcription phenotype and a child term under that be rifamycin resistance.
According to wikipedia also included in rifamycins are the rifamycin derivatives rifampicin (or rifampin), rifabutin, rifapentine and rifalazil.

DAS made terms for rifamycin resistance phenotype. See OMP:0007215-OMP:0007221.
