Couldn't make a new strain page #16

Entered strain information on this page. When I clicked on the submit button a blank, white screen appeared and no page was made.

Name:Escherichia coli K-12 CAG5051 Parent:OMP ST:893 ! Escherichia coli K-12 Hfr 3000 Reference:PMID:2540407

I also tried making the page by justing filling in the strain name and leaving all the other fields blank.

Jim fixed this. I don't know what he did.
