Added link to Nichols data browser on front page of OMPwiki #18

I added a link to the Nichols data browser that is on EcoliWiki to the front page of OMPwiki. I linked to this one because the one on OMPwiki itself doesn't have the lists of strains and conditions and the entries don't link to the gene pages in EcoliWiki.
