Redesigned workflow with the following main changes:
All tests can now use the same reporting Rmd file (only implemented for melt so far)
Improved and extended figures in the report file
Next steps:
Test that it works (run main.R)
Try to add one more test in the automated loop (e.g. transformation)
Check the experiments/bigdata.R file and why this generates duplicate Rank/Feature combinations; is this possible fix? Does it indicate errors in the benchmarking function or is it as expected?
