Added hclust function choice #7

In this PR, I added the possibility to choose the hclust function to use in the HclustParam (as discussed in https://github.com/LTLA/bluster/issues/17). I also changed the doc and tests, but couldn't think of anything else. Tell me if I missed anything, or if I should change something.

If this is ok, I will create a PR to LTLA/bluster and see there if changes should be made to the show method.
