Speeding up vignettes #85

Vignettes are notable slow to build. Some of the heavier runs could be pre-calculated and stored to speed up.

Before this the phyloseq vignettes should be complemented with TreeSE equivalents. This is not top priority as the README & basic vignette already shows how the functionality can be used.
