replace calculateRDA with getRDA and calculateCCA with getCCA #117

After mia PR https://github.com/microbiome/mia/pull/524 that renamed the following functions :

calculateDPCoA --> getDPCoA
calculateNMDS --> getNMDS
calculateRDA --> getRDA
calculateCCA --> getCCA

This PR replaces these functions in miaViz

The checks fail because the mia PR https://github.com/microbiome/mia/pull/524 is not merged yet. I made some additional modifications in this PR because we also renamed run functions to add in mia PR.
