Input file validation #4

I havent thought about how to do this yet, but it seems itd be good to find a way to validate that the input files are from our own bulk/ full downloads from the MicrobiomeDB.org site. that or we need better (any lol) support for alternative file types.

its a reasonable thing for a person to expect this package to take the subset download files as well. but i havent tested w those yet.
