Add GSC Package descriptions to our documentation

Question fro GSP attendee "What is the difference between an artificial environment and a built environment?" and I'm not totally sure.

To do:

• [ ] Connect with GSC to get package descriptors
• [ ] Add documentation, identify where it fits in the diataxis framework

Criteria for completion All GSC packages that are available for NMDC submission are described in NMDC documentation
