Consider pointing `docs.microbiomedata.org` subdomain to documentation homepage #34

I think this would make it easier for people to remember the URL of the documentation homepage; and give end users more confidence that the web page they are looking at is an official (first-party) one, as opposed to an unofficial (third-party) one.
