Please review https://nmdc-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/data_portal.html and links and make sure information is up to date.

The html is being pulled from https://github.com/microbiomedata/NMDC_documentation/blob/main/docs/reference/data_portal.md

The wiki links appear at least to have outdated identifiers.
