we also seem to have terms like anthropogenic geographic feature, delicatessen, brewery, factory, cheese processing plant, etc.. but take with a grain of salt, I am still looking at the files my code generated, not the shared spreadsheet you showed.

I think we can just eliminate anything that doesn't have a label.They're probably cases where somebody tried to drag a values down a column in Excel, but actually applied auto-incrementing.

I would exclude any of the terms that have True in any of the is_xxx columns.
