Broken link in readthedocs page #133

Any instance of this URL: https://www.gensc.org/mixs/ should be replaced by this URL: https://www.gensc.org/pages/standards-intro.html

I reported this to Yan and she worked with Michal to fix this.
I need to add Yan to this GitHub org. Assigning this to Michal.

Michal fixed one of the links already. One more build to fix the other.
