taking the parenthetical portions out of the upstream MIxS PV texts
writing a script to reroute the parenthetically portions of the MIxS representation into a separate attribute in NMDC's schema(s)

not sure if this will happen in nmdc-schema or submission-schema

Make a cur_land_use_enum.yaml file that just contains the re-modeled cur_land_use_enum and inject with yq
