This one looks almost complete.

This study appears to be metaGs from isolates from diverse environments, including in association with plant roots, with algae, as part of a lignocellulose degrading community, from a hospital environment, as a human opportunistic pathogen, or as reported in this study, from a surface within the International Space Station. Important environments, but not a full microbiome study. Sequencing of cultured isolate, not a metaG, NMDC supports multi-omics from microbial communities, not isolated microbes. https://github.com/microbiomedata/issues/issues/759
