• Generate a New report and Download
• Unpack and look in a path like graphdb-server-report-<TIMESTAMP>/repositories/nmdc-knowledgegraph/owlim.properties

That may be easier to parse or reason though than the prefixes block in nmdc.yaml

But it's noisy: multiple prefixes can have the same expansion and some of the namespaces are provided by default
