- https://github.com/microbiomedata/temp-mobile-app-universal-links (EC) - was only needed temporarily, while
nmdc-field-noteswas made private 🗑️ ✔️ (deleted) - https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-app-prototype (PK) - I assume the
nmdc-field-notesrepo has "overtaken" this one at this point - https://github.com/microbiomedata/archived-metadata-notebooks (CM) - has "archived" in the name and hasn't been updated since 2021 -- we could "archive" the repo
- https://github.com/microbiomedata/cromwell_configs (SC) - it's related to workflow infrastructure -- move to
workflow_automation? - https://github.com/microbiomedata/portal_user_guide - data portal user guide that hasn't been updated since 2021 -- are these docs still relevant? maybe there's a newer alternative somewhere?
- https://github.com/microbiomedata/workflow-scripts -- like the
cromwell_configsrepo, this is related to workflow infrastructure. Last updated in 2022 - https://github.com/microbiomedata/motd (DW) - I think this is redundant to
nmdc-status-website - https://github.com/microbiomedata/internal_id_docs (MM) - Labeled as a "hub" but doesn't contain anything except a hyperlink to Google Drive -- maybe can just be a hyperlink in the
nmdc-schemarepo - https://github.com/microbiomedata/pilot -- proof-of-concept of the data portal web client. Last updated in 2020. Could be "archived" or added to a branch in
nmdc-server. - https://github.com/microbiomedata/cleanroom-schema (MM) -- seems to be an old version of the
nmdc-schema. Last updated in 2022. - https://github.com/microbiomedata/old-metadata-issues (MM) -- there's nothing in here except a single issue asking about moving issues
Some people find it difficult to navigate the set of repos that exist in this org. I will make a list of ones that I suspect are obsolete.
