@Michal-Babins can you please update this ticket by tomorrow? I know that the priorities have changed but would be great to get an update on the status of this and whether it should be moved to the backlog. Thank you

@aclum @kaijli is this still a priority? Can we assign this to a sprint?

This will come after reprocessing re-id'd studies and processing the NEON data so likely won't be a priority until the Fall. We'd also need Sujay's help to ingest the rest of the biosample records from GOLD so this ticket needs to be broken up into two issues, one for biosample ingest and one for workflow processing.
