66 fix checkm db path and add new data visualizations

• Rectify problem #19 arising from the incorrect checkM database path; it should be 'checkM_DB' instead of 'CheckM_DB'.

• Address bugs in create_tarfiles.py: ensure EXTENSION_MAPPING aligns with file names in WDL and resolve issues with extracting bin annotations output files.

• Incorporate Knona HTML, heatmap, and barplot functionalities based on KO annotation.
