During the masicresultmerge task, it appears that MASICResultsMerger.exe is unable to recognize the Masic files in the directory corresponding to msgplus_syn.txt file.
Removing mv ~{dataset_name}_SICstats.txt ~{dataset_name}_SICStats.txt from the task appears to fix the issue since the executable is looking for the origingal file name pattern _SICstats.txt and not _SICStats.txt.
