update to spades version 4.0 #7

JGI is on spades version 4.0, Brian has also reorganized the wdls. We have to wait until he ports the metatranscritpome one to version 1.0 before we can updated b/c right now we are importing an old wdl. We need to use one of these wdls https://code.jgi.doe.gov/BFoster/jgi_meta/-/tree/main/jgi_meta_wdl_sets/metatranscriptome_assembly_and_alignment_4_0*
