Sample storage conditions missing #24

Need to export the slot 'storage conditions' from the soil tab to the EMSL column 'storage_condt'

The EMSL mapping file here: https://github.com/microbiomedata/metadata-for-user-facility-template-transformations/blob/main/input-files/emsl_header.json will need to be modified. Do you want to attempt writing this mapping? very similar to #23
