MIXS:0000335: changed structured comment name to "soil_texture" and label to "soil texture" in soil and ag packages, see ticket #529

physical sex - this is an ongoing discussion with the Urobiom package people as our current definition of host_sex includes "Gender" which can be different to biological sex. Not sure what the solution will be to the definitions and names of any terms related to sex and gender.
