documentation to use term ids instead of label names

This PR seeks to address issue: https://github.com/GenomicsStandardsConsortium/mixs/issues/391

It addresses the following items:

• modify jinja templates with further customizations to web pages
• web pages use MIxS term ids in URLs instead of names
