Actually, this PR is mostly a whirlwind of adding and removing .idea/ from the repo and adding it to .gitignore

Also updates poetry.lock, esp with LinkML 1.5.0

Changes Makefile to generate the excel representation of the model, commit it, and then remove excel generation due to 1.5 hour generation time

Removed --use-slot-uris from gen-doc
