Modify metagenome_annotation_id to was_generated_by #25

This will address #24.

It changes the aggregation script to populate a was_generated_by field rather than metagenome_annotation_id.

It is a sister PR to https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-schema/pull/2203.

@aclum - I'm not sure about timing this PR with the chron job vs release of the new schema, but it's dependent schema issue has now been merged in (https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-schema/pull/2203). It's ready from my perspective.

@kheal I merged this in. Nothing will happen until we update for the cron job until we update the dev environment in SPIN.
