fix ReadbasedAnalysis container in metaG template #213

The Docker image for ReadbasedAnalysis in metagenome_pipeline_wdl.tmpl is incorrect. It should be "microbiomedata/nmdc_taxa_profilers:1.0.5", however it is "poeli/nmdc_taxa_profilers:1.0.5"
