283 sync with nmdc metamags outputs #286

add Total bases and Gene count into stats.json
add .phylodist.txt and .crispr.txt. Remove cathfunfam smart and supfam
update corresponding UI changes.
use NMDC wdl file container version by default, not overwrite in NMDC-EDGE.

It should find the correct json file on production site.)
