Minor problems

Single workflow MAGs:

• The UI automatically fills the contig file when you select sam/bam file but in Version 1.0 metaMAGs, the contig should be from the annotation workflow instead of the assembly workflow
• On the UI, the optional map file should also come from the annotation workflow: {prefix}_contig_names_mapping.tsv

Couldn't start the webapp/client in your branch on local. You might need to merge the changes in the main branch to your branch.
