Implications:

https://fieldnotes.microbiomedata.org doesn't work (that includes the .well-known directory used for deep links)
GitHub Actions does not run the unit tests
GitHub Actions does not run the code format checker

I'm creating this ticket to document these implications.

The hope is that we can un-private this when #58 is resolved.
