Develop mapping function for mixs triads

Develop function/algorithm to map GOLD paths to mixs triads.

We can start with the manually curated work, and find results such as given a GOLD paths, what are the top X mixs triads that were mapped to it.

Additional steps:

• add other fields to as input to make algorithm better
• use NLP/ML on description fields

Can we generate a TSV with releases with columns

• 1: Sample ID
• 2-6: GOLD 5-tuple
• 7-9: MIxS ENVO triad

Yes. We can do this in a number of way:

• SQL on the sqlite db
• jq on the nmdc_database.json.zip (output of etl)
• python script on nmdc_merged_database.tsv.zip
