NCBI require organism or taxonomy for samples as they match to -> https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?id=408169
@SamuelPurvine has mentioned that DMS at EMSL can link this as well and is useful for proteomics. I need some information & a decision on how to identify / describe this component and what we want to call it.
See column S in Metadata Tab or row 68 in the ReadMe tab https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10TU3E-TAbtzeo-_S8rYfSq8Xvp6wm1RMpo0LYtR4t9w/edit?usp=sharing
