Finalize taxonomy_ID vs organism for NCBI #367

NCBI require organism or taxonomy for samples as they match to -> https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?id=408169

@SamuelPurvine has mentioned that DMS at EMSL can link this as well and is useful for proteomics. I need some information & a decision on how to identify / describe this component and what we want to call it.
