microbiomedata/nmdc-metadata issues don't allow multiple assignees #420

I have been creating several DataHarmonizer issues and assigning them to @mslarae13

@mslarae13 alone shouldn't be responsible for these issues, but I can't see how to assign multiple people in this repo.

Can we please enable multiple assignees?

I'm "assigning" this one to @kfagnan, but maybe other people want to weigh in on the single/multiple assignee issue? @cmungall ? @dehays ?
