populate GOLD sample identifiers for all BioScales biosamples #436

These 217 biosamples currently use the GOLD ID as their primary NMDC ID. This value just needs to be added to the GOLD_sample_identifiers attribute list value. (In addition to supporting the linking to GOLD record in the search portal, this change is needed before minting NMDC IDs to use as the primary ID of all NMDC biosamples.)

Can handle this with a change sheet modifying all BioScale biosamples
