Description

Upgrade to nmdc-schema==10.1.4
Implement Python notebook that can be used to migrate a database from schema version 10.0.0 to 10.1.4.
- Here's a rendered version of the notebook.
- The notebooks uses a migrator that was written to migrate a database from schema version 10.0.0 to 10.1.2 (two, not four).
- The notebook differs from the "usual" ones in that, when validating the migrated documents, it discards the pattern constraint on the id slot. In other words, it is tolerant of so-called "legacy IDs".
