Delete `read_QC_analysis_activity_set` collection from production Mongo server #538

This is an empty collection based on a legacy Database range for class ReadQcAnalysisActivity and I would like for it to be deleted. It causes confusion with the all lowercase read_qc_analysis_activity_set collection which is what is currently defined in the schema.
