Include `functional_annotation_agg` & `metap_gene_function_agg` collections (not defined in the schema) to referential integrity check #568

We need to include the functional_annotation_agg collection and the metap_gene_function_aggregation (not defined in the schema) to the bulk referential integrity check notebook.

This will be handled in a future version of the notebook
