We have what the new template that JGI will use with the release of L7. PR193_JGIMetagenome(NA)_11-16-2024_1116082901 attached is the new format.

To do: In coordination with the the L7 release at JGI update the submission portal postgres to JGI metagenome metadata sheet export code (MUTTS).
